Lesley has a wealth of experience in the Aquatic Sport Product Field and operation of Aquatic Facilities. She has worked in the Aquatic Recreation Field in numerous roles including: Manager of the Etobicoke Olympium Aquatic Department, Owner operator of a private swim school, and as a volunteer with both the Canadian Red Cross and Live Saving Society. Lesley assisted in the creation of the Canadian Red Cross Aquatic Program Administration Course offered as a National Stand Alone COurse and as part of the ORFA Certified Aquatic Professional Designation.
Lesley is responsible for administrative support, support to design and consulting, project and operation management on behalf of RecTec Management Group. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Toronto and is a certified Professional Facilitator.

Responsible for budget preparation, management and contract administration pertaining to consulting projects for both commercial and private aquatic facilities on behalf of RecTec. In association with a Project Team provide expertise and knowledge in aquatic facility programming, staff training, and facility management.
Customers Include: ZAS Architects, B+H Architects, WGA Architects, The Mitchell Partnership, City of Toronto, City of Winnipeg, to name a few.
