RecTec Management Group Inc. is pleased to announce that
beginning in the 2019/2020 swim season we will be offering a new service.
Rectec's Results Management Service will help ensure that your events run
smoothly and on time. RecTec currently provides timing system operators and
live-streaming services to numerous events throughout the season and are
excited to provide this new service to all existing and new customers.
RecTec's new service will provide you with the option of 1
of 2 levels of service. The first level is we will provide you with a HY TEK Operator
for your swim meet. The Operator will be qualified and ensure the swim meet
database is installed on the computer, complete all duties required during the
swim meet, and upload the results to Swim Canada. The operator in this role can directly oversee the duties or provide support to your volunteer operator. The second level, which can
also be paired with the level 1 option of just an Operator, is we will do your
team entries and seeding. RecTec will take all of the entries for the event
from the clubs and generate the Seeded Event which we will then be handed over
to the On Site HY TEK Operator to input into the system for the event.
There are numerous benefits to trying out this new service.
It eliminates the need to train the ever-rotating door of volunteers to manage
this critical position both for HY TEK seeding and Site Meet operation. There
is no need to purchase HY TEK and/or updates to the program. Resources can be
redirected to other functions of the event. It allows for a one stop shop for
your Swim Meet Results Management needs. Lastly with RecTecs high quality
Operators it will add to the ability for your swim meet to run smoothly.
